All Services are provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
Essence Tech LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of outputs
- Continuous or error-free operation
We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your expectations or produce specific results.
3. No Professional Advice
All AI outputs, analytics, recommendations, or generated content are provided for informational purposes only.
The Company does not provide legal, financial, medical, educational, religious, or professional advice. Users are solely responsible for verifying and evaluating any output before relying on it.
4. Full User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You use the Services entirely at your own risk.
- You are solely responsible for how you use AI outputs.
- You are solely responsible for decisions made based on our systems.
- You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
The Company assumes no responsibility for user actions, misuse, interpretation, or implementation of any outputs.
5. Limitation of Liability (Maximum Extent Permitted by Law)
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Essence Tech LLC shall not be liable for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data
- Service interruptions, downtime, or system errors
- AI inaccuracies or misinterpretations
- Third-party misuse of data
- Security breaches beyond reasonable control
In any event, the Company’s total cumulative liability shall not exceed the greater of:
- $100 USD, or
- The amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
6. Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Essence Tech LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or regulation
- Any claim that your content infringes third-party rights
7. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party integrations
- External platforms
- Hosting providers
- App stores
- Payment processors
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
8. Service Availability
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue Services at any time
- Suspend accounts without notice
- Remove features without liability
We are not responsible for data loss resulting from termination or system updates.
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Infrastructure failures
